Mountain Ice-Cream AG ist ein führender Hersteller von Premium-Glaceprodukten in der Schweiz. Mit Leidenschaft für Qualität und Innovation suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Produktionsleiter/in, der/die unser Team in der Glaceproduktion verstärkt und unsere hohen Standards weiterführt.
Ihre Aufgaben- Verantwortung für die gesamte Produktionsplanung und
-steuerung in der Glaceproduktion - Führung eines kleinen Produktionsteams
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)
- Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen und Ressourcenmanagement
- Überwachung und Wartung der Produktionsanlagen
- Verantwortung für Logistik, Rohstoffeinkauf und Produktentwicklung
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Milchtechnologe/-in oder Bäcker/-in Konditor/-in.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion, idealerweise in der Glaceherstellung
- Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung und Prozessoptimierung
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verständnis für Hygienevorschriften
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
