Aufgaben
- Technische und prozessuale Verantwortung für eine Produktionslinie im Reinraum
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen Produktionsablaufs hinsichtlich Qualität, Leistung und Termintreue
- Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Fehlern, Störungen und Prozessabweichungen
- Ansprechpartner für technische Fragestellungen und Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Entwicklung, Industrial Engineering, Qualitätsmanagement und Betriebsunterhalt
- Fachliche Unterstützung und Anleitung der Montage-Mitarbeitenden
- Mitarbeit bei der Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Lasermarkiersystemen
- Begleitung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards
- Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten im Produktionsumfeld
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen, Qualität und Effizienz (KVP, 5A)
- Technische Grundausbildung als Automatiker, Elektroniker, Elektromonteur, Polymechaniker oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
- Weiterbildung zum Techniker HF oder Studium (FH/Bachelor) in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Photonics von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise im Reinraum oder in der Hightech-Fertigung
- Begeisterung für technische Systeme, Produktionsanlagen und Lasertechnologie
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office SAP- und Lab View-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau)
