Apprenticeship as a Food Technician (EBA)

Do you enjoy hands-on work, are you reliable, and would you like to see how food is manufactured? As a Food Production Assistant (BA), you’ll be a key member of our production team. You’ll assist with various stages of the manufacturing process and learn how our products are made safely and carefully.
During your two-year apprenticeship, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience. You’ll be introduced to your tasks step by step and receive professional guidance along the way.
We offer at least 5 weeks' holiday plus 15 paid public holidays and up to 6 optional bonus days. We have no company holidays organise your days off with your line manager and apprenticeship supervisor.

Hilcona will bear your training costs. You will receive a grant of CHF 300 for your own laptop. After your successful apprenticeship, you can expect great career opportunities and development prospects if you achieve a grade of 5.0 or higher in your final apprenticeship examination, you will receive an additional bonus at the Schaan site.
