Marketing Manager; B2B​/Industrial

Our client is an international company that designs and sells electric motors and controllers, used as internal components (motion solutions) in machines and equipment worldwide.

We are looking for a

This role will own the Marketing function, combining strategic responsibility with hands‑on execution. The selected candidate will lead one Marketing Assistant and work closely with Sales and Management.

• Define and drive the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
• Ensure on‑time and on‑budget execution of marketing activities
• Structure and coordinate the B2B lead generation process in close alignment with Sales
• Personally manage and execute selected marketing initiatives (content, campaigns, tools, events, etc.)
• Monitor performance and prepare quarterly marketing reports for management

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably including at least 4 years in large corporations
• Relevant experience in a B2B environment
• Comfort with technical products, long sales cycles, and B2B decision‑making processes.
• Strategic acumen and project management skills
• Willingness and ability to mentor and develop team members
• Proficiency in English and Italian (both spoken and written);
  German and French are a plus. (
  
  Note:
  
  most of the marketing material are produced in English, and often also in German and French; Italian is the official office language).
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Windows-based environment)

• German language knowledge
