Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketing-, PR- und Kommunikationsstrategie für die gesamte Giardino Group
Führung von Brand-, Content-, Social-Media- und PR-Aktivitäten
Steuerung von Agenturen, Medienpartnerschaften und Influencer Relations
Positionierung der Giardino-Marken im Luxus-, Lifestyle- und Tourismussegment
Verantwortung für Kampagnen, Budgets und Performance-KPIs
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitung, Sales und Operations

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Marketing, PR oder Brand Management
Erfahrung in Hotellerie, Tourismus, Luxury oder Lifestyle von Vorteil
Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit Hands-on-Mentalität
Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, Italienisch von Vorteil
Leidenschaft für Marken, Gastfreundschaft und Storytellin
Affinität zu AI, digitalen Tools, Datenanalyse und messbaren Marketinginstrumenten
Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
