BD is seeking a Marketing Director Europe for Surgery to shape the marketing direction across Europe. Reporting to the Surgery Senior BU Director Europe, this role will build strategy, drive growth, and lead a sizable regional team to deliver customer-centric marketing.
The ideal candidate has proven marketing leadership in life sciences or medical devices, strong P&L experience, and the ability to lead in a matrix, with up to 50% travel across Europe.
