For our Digital Business Team, we are looking for an experienced, commercially driven and strategic leader to accelerate the growth of Mammut's digital wholesale business. In this key leadership role, you will define the direction of our digital account strategy, drive profitable growth across key online partners, and lead a high-performing team. With Amazon as a core focus, you will play a critical role in shaping Mammut's future digital distribution landscape.

The position can be based in Germany, Switzerland or the UK.

• Define and execute Mammut's digital wholesale strategy, creating sustainable growth opportunities across Amazon and other priority digital accounts.

• Own the commercial performance across sell-in and sell-out and P&L of strategic digital accounts, steering revenue, profitability, investment priorities and long-term value creation.

• Drive in-season sell-out trading across Amazon and priority digital accounts, turning performance insights into actions across availability, assortment, pricing, promotions, media, content and digital shelf execution.

• Act as the senior commercial lead for key account partnerships, building executive-level relationships and leading critical negotiations with customers and external partners.

• Translate market trends, consumer insights and performance data into impactful business decisions, identifying opportunities to strengthen Mammut's digital market position.

• Lead, coach and develop the Digital Account Team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Operations and Finance to ensure best-in-class execution and business performance.

• Shape and scale Digital Wholesale capabilities, processes and ways of working, helping to establish Mammut as a leading premium outdoor brand across digital channels.

• Extensive experience in Digital Account Management, E-Commerce, Marketplace Management or Digital Commercial Leadership, ideally within outdoor, sporting goods, fashion or premium consumer brands.

• Proven track record of successfully growing large digital accounts, including deep expertise with Amazon 1P management and digital wholesale business models
  across sell-in and sell-out trading

• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, P&L and strategic investment decisions.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations and business outcomes being able to define & drive complex cross-functional roadmaps aligned with business priorities

• Inspiring leadership experience with excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills

• Hands-on, structured execution mindset, able to move between strategy, analytics and operational details with clear ability to prioritize and manage short-term actions with long-term planning

• Fluent English and a passion for mountains, outdoor sports and the Mammut brand.
