Communication Manager

• Act as the single and pivotal point of contact for all communication needs of the business
• Develop and implement internal and external communications strategy for Imerys Graphite & Carbon
• Organize, structure, and manage communications resources and cascade information to all facilities
• Manage press and crisis communication for the business area following the Group’s crisis communications process
• Develop and coordinate customer-related communication campaigns with Marketing teams
• Organize trade shows and events, advertising, literature, press relations, website management, and surveys
• Advise leaders and leadership teams on communications practices and participate in leadership forums
• Support Sales, Business Development, R&D, Operations, Safety, and other departments on communication activities and campaigns
• Coordinate and align messages and activities with the Imerys Communication community
• Manage IGC management communications, including quarterly leadership calls, communication packs, newsletters, and global management forums

• Creative and self-driven expert in all areas of communications scope
• Deep understanding of relevant industry and business practices
• Ability to think and act globally for the benefit of Imerys overall
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and engage in high-level business-focused discussions and decisions

Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies, managing press and crisis communications, and coordinating cross-departmental communication efforts.
