• 24 months global training in 3 different Lindt & Sprüngli subsidiaries to gain holistic marketing experience from global to local market roles.
• Two Lindt & Sprüngli markets (2x8 months) – international location to be confirmed International Marketing role (8 months) – location Kilchberg/ headquarters (Switzerland, ZH)
• The 8 months experience in our headquarter in Kilchberg, Switzerland, will give to the graduates the opportunity to see the Global Marketing strategies of our Brand alongside with our international approach to consumer intelligence, digital and other marketing functions.
• A great chance to see how the global guidelines are created and transferred to the local markets.

Upon successful completion of the program, we aim to offer a job in the area of marketing in one of our worldwide operating companies within the Lindt & Sprüngli Group.

• University degree (Masters) in Marketing or Business Administration from a leading university
• Work experience in Marketing (such as internships, student competitions, etc.) minimum 1 year within FMCG
• Geographically mobile and flexible and comfortable in an international environment
• International exposure within FMCG
• Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinker
• Entrepreneurial mindset, results oriented, high ownership and drive for excellence in execution creativity and proactive attitude
• Strong learning agility
• Effective communication skills and Team player
• Digital, MS Office and IT experienced
• Excellent command of English is a must; any additional language is an asset
• Car driving licence
