European Marketing Manager, Liver & Heart Portfolio

BD is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager Europe to lead the growth agenda for two key interventional portfolios:
Liverty™ TIPS in liver disease and True™ Balloon in structural heart.

This is a highly visible European leadership role where you will define strategy, drive market development, accelerate therapy adoption, and deliver commercial growth across multiple countries. You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, medical affairs, market access, and global product teams to shape the future of these innovative therapies.

Location: Eysins (Switzerland), Frankfurt (Germany), Madrid Area (Spain)

Please note: This is a primarily office-based role. Candidates must be located within commuting distance of and able to work regularly from one of the listed BD office locations.

Travel: Approximately 30% across Europe.

• Define and execute the European growth strategy and multi-year roadmap for both portfolios.
• Identify new market opportunities, expand adoption, and develop priority accounts and geographies.
• Lead major product launches, lifecycle management initiatives, and commercial acceleration programs.
• Partner closely with country teams to translate strategy into measurable business results.
• Influence global portfolio, innovation, evidence generation, and lifecycle decisions.
• Build strong relationships with key physicians, clinical stakeholders, and professional societies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Product Managers.
• Drive performance through data, forecasting, business planning, and disciplined execution.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Med Tech or healthcare.
• Proven success in European or multi-country marketing leadership roles.
• Strong track record of driving growth, market development, and therapy adoption.
• Experience leading strategic product launches and lifecycle management programs.
• Strong commercial acumen with exposure to revenue ownership and sales collaboration.
• Previous people leadership experience and ability to influence across complex matrix organizations.
• Experience in interventional radiology, liver disease, cardiovascular therapies, or related specialties is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe (approximately 30%).
