Die KZU-Spitex offre des soins à domicile pour un bien‑être optimal.
Tâches- Fournir des soins autonomes et responsables aux clients à domicile.
- Prendre en charge le dossier et organiser les processus de soins.
- Tenir la documentation des soins et enregistrer les prestations.
- Participer activement à la conception et à la mise en œuvre du processus de soins dans la documentation.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de soins et d'autres professionnels.
- Formation achevée d'infirmier/-ère diplômé(e) HF/FH ou diplôme étranger reconnu par le CRS.
- Goût pour le travail quotidien en soins à domicile.
- Méthode de travail orientée service et respectueuse.
- Personnalité autonome, responsable et orientée vers les objectifs.
- Permis de conduire catégorie
