Location: Gilly
L’Hôpital de Gilly, centre de traitement et de réadaptation (CTR) pioneering in the canton of Vaud since 1989, serves the region since 1922. With 42 rehabilitation beds, this facility offers a stunning view of the Alps and Lake Geneva. The temporary reception center (CAT) for seniors hosts activities four days a week.
Infirmier (F/H) en CTR à 80‑100 %Entry as soon as possible or to be scheduled.

- Bachelor HES in nursing or a recognized level 2 nursing diploma.
- First experience in medicine, geriatrics or rehabilitation is an advantage.
- Good organisational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate) and flexibility.
- Ability to work continuous 12‑hour shifts alternating day and night.
- Initiative, responsibility and active listening skills.
- Provide care to assigned patients while respecting institutional values.
- Identify patient needs and resources systematically.
- Develop care goals with the patient, relatives, and multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and a global therapeutic project.
- Work interprofessionally to achieve quality care with a global patient approach.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to continuously improve practices and service organisation.
- Support the institution’s network of acute care, rehabilitation, private clinic, nursing homes, medical centres and regional out‑patient services.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and internal mobility opportunities.
