Le Réseau Santé Social de la Broye Fribourgeoise (RSSBF) recrute un(e) Infirmier/ère chef/fe d’unité de soins (ICUS) pour l'EMS Les Lilas à Domdidier. Vous serez responsable du leadership clinique et de la qualité des soins pour les résidents.
Le profil idéal nécessite une formation d’infirmier/ère HES ou équivalent, une expérience en gestion d’équipe, et des compétences solides en communication. Un environnement de travail bienveillant et des formations complémentaires seront offerts.
