Infirmier en soins à domicile H/F Responsabilités
- Soins infirmiers de contrôle de santé, prise de tension, prise de sang, glycémie, injections, pansements
- Soins palliatifs (identification et traitement de la douleur)
- Soins techniquement complexes (chimiothérapie, dialyse péritonéale, etc.)
- Conseils de santé et instruction
- Diplôme Infirmier(e) HES ou équivalent étranger avec reconnaissance de la Croix Rouge Suisse
- Reconnaissance de la Croix Rouge Suisse
- Expérience obligatoire en soins à domicile
- Résidence idéalement proche de la zone géographique d’intervention
- Permis de conduire et véhicule obligatoires (déplacements indemnisés)
- Personne dynamique et enthousiaste
- Disponibilité immédiate
