ASPMAD - CMS Nord Vaudois recherche un-e infirmier-ère référent-e à 80% pour contribuer au maintien à domicile des personnes dans le Nord vaudois. Le poste exige une excellente capacité d'écoute et d'adaptation, et s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail humain et engagé.
Le candidat idéal devra avoir un diplôme d'infirmier-ère HES ainsi qu'une expérience de 2 ans dans les soins à domicile. Il/elle sera responsable de la gestion des plans d'intervention et du suivi rigoureux des clients.
