Job-Room in Stans sucht eine erfahrene Pflegedienstleiterin bzw. einen Pflegedienstleiter (80–100%). Sie führen das Pflegeteam, sichern die Pflegequalität und gestalten Prozesse gemeinsam mit Ärztinnen, Ärzten sowie weiteren Fachpersonen im Gesundheitswesen.
Sie bringen eine HF/FH-Ausbildung in der Pflege, Führungserfahrung und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit. Deutschkenntnisse auf hohem Niveau sind Voraussetzung;
Weiterbildung in Pflegemanagement oder Gesundheitsökonomie ist vorteilhaft.
