Centre neuchâtelois de psychiatrie recherche un(e) Infirmier·ère Case Manager pour le programme TIPP-Neuchâtel. Vous accompagnerez de jeunes adultes et leurs proches, en assurant des interventions biopsychosociales et une continuité des soins au sein d’un réseau communautaire.
Entrée en fonction le 1er octobre 2026 ou selon accord, site de Préfargier, Marin-Epagnier. CDI, travail à 80–100% avec coordination pluridisciplinaire et approche axée sur le rétablissement.
