Location: Etoy
Tertianum AG recherche une infirmière/ingénier diplômé(e) HES pour le service de soins psychogériatriques à 80-100% dans le canton de Vaud. Vous prendrez en charge les soins globaux et coordonnerez les interventions en équipe, tout en respectant le processus de soins et les protocoles RAI/BESA.
Vous collaborerez avec les médecins et les autres professionnels, assurerez la documentation électronique et participerez à l’organisation des visites et au réseau qualité.
