Die Ophtapharm AG ist eine FDA/EU-GMP zertifizierte Produzentin im Pharmabereich (Ophthalmika). An unserem Produktionsstandort in Hettlingen bei Winterthur werden für internationale Märkte qualitativ hochstehende Produkte wie Augentropfen,
-salben und
-gele aseptisch produziert, abgefüllt und verpackt.

To support our strategic refocusing as a CMO, we are looking for several dedicated Technology Transfer Managers to join us as soon as possible.

In this role, you will oversee the technical transfer of customer products and ensure smooth Product Lifecycle Management.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Support customer products throughout their entire product lifecycle
• Evaluate new products, product changes and new customers in collaboration with other departments
• Manage quotations for new products
• Project management of the technical transfer of new products and major product changes
• Report project status to the management and customers
• Product implementation and change documentation according to GMP

• Degree in Applied Sciences (FH) or a university degree in natural sciences (pharmacy), process engineering, or equivalent
• Profound GMP experience in a pharmaceutical environment
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Proven project management experience, including leading interdisciplinary project teams
• Experience in sterile production is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in business English and German (written and spoken)
