Specialist Tech Transfer – Biotech Manufacturing m​/w​/d

Join a cutting-edge biotech manufacturing site supporting early-phase clinical supply and new product introductions. As a Tech Transfer Specialist, you will drive technology transfers, support manufacturing readiness, and contribute to site innovation and digitalization initiatives.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology transfer activities.
• Prepare and maintain GMP documentation, including risk assessments, change controls, BOMs, batch records, and sampling plans.
• Manage and maintain process data in systems such as SAP, MES, and Delta
  
  V.
• Coordinate tech transfer timelines and ensure on-time execution.
• Support process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects and implementation of best practices.

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Experience with tech transfer, NPI, or GMP manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of mAb manufacturing processes and cGMP regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with digital manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, DeltaV, SAP).
• Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Experience in biologics drug substance manufacturing and single‑use technologies.
• Basic project management experience.
• English proficiency required;
  German is an advantage.
