QM Food Regulatory Manager

• You implement national and international food law requirements across our product portfolio
• You take responsibility for the creation and maintenance of declaration data and product specifications
• You manage article data from raw materials to finished goods
• You approve raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring compliance from the start
• You qualify suppliers, conduct audits, manage co‑manufacturers, and safeguard quality and food safety standards
• You respond to internal and external inquiries regarding food law topics
• You manage product‑specific certifications such as the V‑Label
• You act as the Food Fraud Officer within Planted, ensuring vigilance across our supply chain

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science or a comparable discipline
• Bring 3-6 years of experience in the food industry, ideally in quality management and/or regulatory affairs
• Offer proven expertise in article data management, declaration creation, and specification handling
• Communicate fluently in English, German on top would be great; knowledge of other languages (e.g. French, Italian) is a plus
• Work precisely, enjoy teamwork, and thrive in independent roles
• Combine a structured, pragmatic, and hands‑on mindset with a future‑oriented approach
• Demonstrate proven ability to leverage AI to significantly increase personal productivity
