- Führung von 16 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Qualitätssicherung Fabrikation (Supervisor, Quality Engineers, Qualitätsprüfer)
- Teilnahme an Produktionssitzungen und Shopfloor Meetings
- Erarbeitung von Massnahmen für die Produktions- und Qualitätsverbesserung
- Mitarbeit bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit teilweise komplexen Strukturen
- Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätssystems in der Fabrikation und Unit übergreifend
