The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland.
In this role, you will act as the QC project lead for complex Drug Product programs. You will ensure strong coordination between customers, QC laboratories, program management, production, and quality assurance. - Act as the QC project lead for complex, long‑term Drug Product projects.
- Serve as the primary on‑site QC interface for customer topics and project delivery.
- Maintain strong communication with QC laboratories across Basel, Stein, Visp, and external partners.
- Prepare and oversee production batches from a QC perspective, including sample logistics.
- Support qualification and validation protocol design in collaboration with QC laboratories.
- Write, review, or approve sampling plans, test forms, specifications, and LIMS setup.
- Support deviation, OOS, OOE, and CAPA processes for assigned customers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in a biopharmaceutical environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills for complex, non‑routine challenges.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English;
German and French are considered a plus. - Strong team orientation and proven leadership ability.
- Structured, solution‑focused, and organized work style.
- Knowledge of SAP, LIMS, and Track Wise is an advantage.
