MSAT Engineer Process Management

We are seeking an experienced engineer to support our production operations in Rotkreuz, contributing to process and product development, GxP compliance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire quality lifecycle in SAP, including non‑conformities, changes, and document management.
• Maintain technical relationships with external suppliers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Logistics, Development, Quality).
• Conduct structured root‑cause analysis and implement effective counter‑measures.
• Investigate and process deviations in sensor and reagent production.
• Optimize and standardize production processes to improve quality, yield, and cost efficiency.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve control loops.
• Communicate independently with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather information and drive decisions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, guidelines, and internal requirements.
• Prepare for and represent the Chapter during quality audits.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a highly regulated GxP environment with strong quality awareness.
• Solid knowledge of process and product development, deviation management, and SAP lifecycle management.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and ability to work independently across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset with interest in learning manufacturing technologies and improving processes.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken); working knowledge of German (B2+).
