Head of Global Quality -Semiconductor Industry

Key points

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management within the semiconductor industry.
• Engineering degree in Electronics or Microelectronics.
• Expert-level proficiency in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive core tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP).
• Proven track record in leading global quality teams and driving organizational change.

Proficiency in 8D problem-solving, risk management, and audit techniques (ISO 19011, VDA 6.3/6.5) is essential. Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean methodology, and project management skills are strong assets.

Responsible for overall company quality management aspects throughout the whole supply chain and products’ life cycle.

Member of the extended staff and Projects Validation Committee.

Support EM CEO on side topics.

Ensure compliance with market standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO
17025, etc.), TQM principles, and regulatory requirements.

Establish and deploy company governance, business manuals, and key processes.

Oversee and improve the Management system through audits and reviews.

Align quality strategy with company objectives.

Define and deploy quality policy. Monitor quality plans to ensure competitiveness and customer satisfaction. Drive quality performance across the supply chain, operations, and development.

Lead and manage the Product Quality assurance team.

Ensure regulatory compliance for products.

Manage quality labs and ensure the quality department is appropriately structured and staffed.
