• Strategic and operational management as well as further development of the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments
• Member of the Site Management Team and central representative of the Quality department at the site
• Ensuring GMP compliance and implementation of all regulatory requirements (e.g. Swiss medic, PIC/S, ICH Guidelines)
• Overall responsibility for the quality management system and its certifications (GMP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000)
• Planning, control and professional support of inspections by authorities, customers, suppliers as well as internal audits
• Coordination of deviation, CAPA and change control management
• Contact person for customers in the area of quality and maintenance of relevant contacts with customers and the corporate organisation
• Creation, analysis and follow-up of Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) as well as quality-relevant reports and key figures

• Completed scientific degree, ideally with a focus on pharmacy or chemistry
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in quality management in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or contract manufacturing
• Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with SAP desirable
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as high personal responsibility and hands‑on mentality
• Enjoy working with other departments at the site
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as confident appearance towards internal and external partners
