Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Location: Pfäfers Dorf
As our new Quality & Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and continually improving our Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) management systems.
Working across the organisation, you will help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ISO standards and internal policies, whilst supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
This is a varied and highly collaborative role where you will work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as external customers, suppliers and certification bodies. From coordinating audits and supporting compliance activities to driving improvement initiatives and maintaining product compliance documentation, you will be at the heart of ensuring our standards remain robust, effective and customer focused.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate internal branch audits, ensuring actions are tracked, managed and completed in line with company standards.
- Support external audits, certification visits and compliance assessments whilst maintaining compliance with ISO management systems.
- Manage and maintain product compliance documentation, including Declarations of Conformity, Certificates of Conformity and technical files.
- Monitor compliance performance, analyse trends and support corrective and preventative actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support compliance activities, customer assurance and supplier performance.
- Promote a positive HSQE culture through training, communication and engagement across the organisation.
- Previous experience working within a Compliance, Quality, HSQE or Regulatory environment.
- Strong understanding of ISO management systems and compliance frameworks, ideally including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 27001.
- Experience conducting or supporting internal and external audits, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of UK and EU product compliance requirements and the ability to manage associated documentation.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel when required.
