HUG AG in der Region Luzern sucht eine/n Fachspezialist:in Qualitätssicherung Lebensmittel, der/die die laufende Produktion begleitet, Inprozesskontrollen durchführt und das LIMS-System betreut.
Sie prüfen Rohstoffe und Handelswaren, analysieren Lebensmittelsicherheit, bearbeiten Reklamationen und unterstützen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen; interne Audits runden das Profil ab. Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit sind dabei gefragt.
