To strengthen our quality management, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and analytical personality as Customer Quality Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

• Central contact person and process responsibility for quality-relevant customer complaints
• Processing and coordination of customer complaints according to common quality methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa etc.)
• Analysis of root causes as well as initiation, monitoring and effectiveness checking of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, development, purchasing and sales for sustainable improvement of product and process quality
• Analysis of quality indicators as well as derivation and implementation of improvement measures
• Support in the further development of the quality management system
• Participation in customer audits as well as support in internal and external audits

• Technical basic training with further education in quality management
• Several years of professional experience in quality management of a manufacturing company, ideally in the food or life sciences industry
• Experience in handling customer complaints and good knowledge of quality standards
• Very high quality awareness, structured and reliable working style as well as confidence in the application and maintenance of documentation in IT systems (SAP knowledge advantageous)
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English for internal documentation as well as communication with internal and external partners
• Solution-oriented, communicative personality with the ability to initiate change, engage teams and sustainably anchor continuous improvements
