The Graduate Student – Intern – Batch Record Reviewer role focuses on ensuring seamless batch record closures in our buffer preparation facility. This fully site‑based position in Visp, Switzerland is ideal for a motivated graduate or junior professional looking to make a direct impact in bioprocess manufacturing quality. Working in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to produce medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

- Perform timely and independent reviews of executed electronic batch records (eBRs) within MES Syncade for Module P Bufferprep.
- Safeguard patient safety and quality by ensuring all operations batch records are accurately executed, complete, and fully prepared for QA release.
- Verify that bioprocess manufacturing steps were conducted as intended and align strictly with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standards.
- Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve non‑compliance issues, gaps, or discrepancies prior to final batch release.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional manufacturing and Quality Assurance teams on site to ensure rapid batch closure cycles.
- Gain high‑visibility experience and develop professional expertise within a state‑of‑the‑art biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Educational background with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical life sciences field.
- Foundational understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles and bioprocess manufacturing processes.
- Practical experience in batch record review (preferably e ) or direct hands‑on biomanufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ideally MES Syncade.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot documentation gaps, non‑compliance, and quality discrepancies.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); basic German proficiency (A2) is beneficial.
- A structured, precise, and well‑organized approach to work combined with a pragmatic, problem‑solving attitude.
