Your responsibilities as Quality Assurance Specialist (f/m/d)
  • Support the release or rejection decisions of GMP-regulated materials and components, including direct involvement in batch release activities
  • Review GMP-relevant documentation, systems and records to ensure accuracy and compliance

    Contribute to cross-functional projects that strengthen the site's quality system and resolve day-to-day compliance topics
  • Help monitor compliance metrics and support ongoing quality system improvements
  • Participate in SOP management and the maintenance of site procedures
  • Ensure all activities are carried out to the highest standards of integrity, quality and GMP compliance
What you bring
  • A university degree (Bachelor's or higher) is preferred
  • First experience in a similar quality assurance or compliance role is a strong asset
  • Previous exposure to a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage
  • German language skills at C1 level are mandatory
  • Business-fluent English rounds off your profile
  • A structured, detail-oriented way of working and a genuine interest in quality topics
