Das ist deine Funktion:

Du wickelst die Aufträge unserer Kunden von der Anfrage bis zum Abschluss ab.

• Täglicher Kundenkontakt am Telefon
• Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Angebotsanfragen und Bestellungen
• Warendisposition, Versand, Fakturierung
• Reklamationsbearbeitung und Retouren‑Abwicklung
• Wareneingangsbuchungen, Lagerführung, Rechnungskontrolle
• Terminüberwachung
• Pflege der Kunden- und Artikelstammdaten

Falls du technischen Flair mitbringst, kannst du nach der Einarbeitung auch die Kunden fachlich am Telefon beraten und bei der Abwicklung von Reparaturen und Kalibrierungen mitwirken.

Wir wenden uns an eine kommunikative und offene Persönlichkeit mit kaufmännischem Hintergrund, die Freude an vielseitiger Sachbearbeitung hat.

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, möglichst E‑Profil
• Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit dem beschriebenen Aufgaben gebiet
• Gute Deutsch‑, Englisch‑ und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit PC und MS Office, ERP‑Erfahrung von Vorteil
• Gut organisierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Technische Kenntnisse, evtl. Weiterbildung zum Technischen Kaufmann/-frau von Vorteil
