Distalmotion SA is seeking a Complaint Handling & PMS Specialist to investigate product and customer complaints and bring the voice of the customer into CAPA boards for continuous improvement. You will lead the complaint handling process, coordinate cross-functional investigations, and report on PM for management.
Fluency in English and French and a strong QA background in medical devices are required. The role supports the Quality & Regulatory department with CAPA, R&D, and service actions,
