Design Assurance Compliance Specialist

• Responsible for the assessment, qualification, and approval of new suppliers supporting Design Organization activities
• Conduct supplier capability evaluations, assessing technical competence, organisational maturity, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems
• Manage the supplier onboarding process, ensuring all regulatory, contractual, and company requirements are satisfied prior to approval
• Develop and maintain a risk-based supplier oversight and surveillance programme
• Support internal and regulatory audits related to supplier oversight processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardisation, and digitalisation of supplier assessment and monitoring processes within the Design Organisation

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace supplier oversight, supplier quality, supplier compliance, Design Organisation, or Design Assurance environments
• Proven experience in supplier assessment, supplier qualification, supplier onboarding, supplier auditing, and continuous supplier monitoring
• Good knowledge of EASA Part 21J requirements and their application within a Design Organisation environment
• Working knowledge of EASA Part 21G, EN9100/AS9100, and aerospace quality management principles
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
• Fluent English language skills (min. C1);
  German language skills are an advantage
