Location: Biel-Benken
Qualitätskontrolle (QC) & Administration 50% (m/w/d) Responsibilities
- Wareneingangskontrolle von Rohstoffen und Verpackungsmaterialien
- Probenzug, Dokumentation und Vorbereitung von Mustern für externe Analysen
- Durchführung einfacher Inhouse-Tests (z.B. Feuchtigkeits- oder Dichteprüfungen)
- Kontrolle von Produktionschargen und Prüfung der Produktionsunterlagen
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienerichtlinien (GHP/HACCP)
- Pflege und Organisation von QC-Dokumenten und Prüfberichten
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben (Korrespondenz, Ablage, Datenpflege)
- Unterstützung im Bestellwesen sowie Pflege von Lager- und Materiallisten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder der Lebensmittel-/Chemiebranche
- Erfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld (Lebensmittel, Pharma, Kosmetik) von Vorteil
- Grundkenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement oder QC-Prozessen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Eine Festanstellung nach erfolgreich absolvierter Probezeit
- 42.5-Stunden-Woche und 5 Wochen Ferien (bei 100%)
