Sie verfügen über eine anerkannte Weiterbildung in Immobilienbewertung (CAS/MAS, SIV- oder SVKG-Anerkennung) oder gleichwertige Praxis und mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Bauland/Entwicklungsobjekten.
