• Plan, conduct, and evaluate research projects (with scientific assistance)
• Writing an ethics application for the cantonal ethics commission
• Conduct extensive pilot measurements (including performance tests, hemoglobin mass measurements, etc.)
• Recruit junior female endurance athletes
• Collect, analyze, and compile data
• Publish results in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at scientific conferences

• An excellent Master's degree in Sports Science or a related field
• Strong interest and solid knowledge in sports physiology and female endurance athletes
• Proficiency in quantitative research methods
• Open and highly motivated personality with an independent and quality-focused work style
• Ability to assess scientific findings in terms of practical relevance and translate them into sport science publications
• Proficiency in an official Swiss language and very good English skills
