Job Description:

Hours vary per kitchen, ranging from 7:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Wear proper uniform, apron, wash hands, and be ready to work.
• Check the daily to-do list and complete the first task, then check it off.
• Work in the kitchen following the daily to-do list, completing tasks as assigned.
• Sign into the register for lunch service, ensure your station is set up with lights, coolers, and warmers on.
• Run the register during each lunch period (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), then return to the kitchen to assist with food prep if needed.
• If time permits, complete additional tasks from the daily to-do list.
• Clean up your work line, sanitize, and return to the kitchen.
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning and sanitizing prep tables, sinks, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Consult your supervisor for any additional tasks before leaving for the day.
