Un établissement prestigieux à Genève recherche un(e) Chef de Partie pour rejoindre son équipe en cuisine. Sous la responsabilité du Chef Exécutif, vous assurerez la préparation des plats tout en respectant les normes d'hygiène HACCP. Vous serez responsable de remplacer le Chef de partie en son absence et de gérer l'équipe de Commis. Un diplôme en hôtellerie et une expérience de 2 ans dans une brasserie de luxe sont requis.
Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI dès que possible.
