Weisse Arena Gruppe in LAAX sucht eine:n neue:n Küchenchef:in, der/die das Küchenteam mit Kreativität und Weitblick führt. Sie koordinieren Frühstück, À-la-carte, Bankette, Seminare und Caterings im Camino-Restaurant und setzen mediterrane kulinarische Impulse um.
Sie leiten das Team, planen Einkauf und HACCP, arbeiten eng mit umliegenden Abteilungen zusammen und entwickeln das Küchenangebot weiter. Deutsch ist Pflicht, Englisch/Italienisch sind von Vorteil.
