La Réserve Genève Hotel & SPA, an exclusive 5-star urban resort ideally located on the shores of Lake Geneva in Bellevue, is currently looking for a talented Chef de Partie (H/F) to join our culinary team. Set within a confidential, timeless lodge-style environment reminiscent of a legendary African paradise, our property features 73 rooms, 29 suites, an exceptional villa, a renowned Nescens spa, and four distinct restaurants that offer our guests a vibrant and elegant lifestyle experience.
As a Chef de Partie at La Réserve Genève, you will play a key role in the daily kitchen operations within our gastronomic outlets. Working alongside a dedicated team of culinary professionals, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences that meet the high standards expected by our international clientele. We are looking for a passionate culinary professional who brings relevant experience in high-end hotel or restaurant kitchens, demonstrating strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Yourmain responsibilities and daily duties in this role will include:
- Prepare and produce high-quality menu items in accordance with the head chef's standards and recipes
- Ensure all food preparation areas are kept clean, sanitized, and fully compliant with HACCP and local health regulations
- Manage station inventory, assist with stock control, and minimize food waste
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen brigade members and front-of-house staff for seamless service delivery
- Support kitchen management in mentoring commis chefs and apprentices
