In questo ruolo supporterai la gestione operativa dell’outlet F&B assegnato e garantirai un servizio fluido e la massima soddisfazione degli ospiti. Tra i tuoi compiti rientrano la guida e la motivazione del team di sala, il coordinamento delle attività quotidiane e il rispetto degli standard qualitativi.
Per questo ruolo si richiede:
- Una formazione professionale completa come addetto/a al servizio di ristorazione
- Esperienza in una posizione analoga nella ristorazione di alto livello
- Aspetto curato e modi cortesi
- Autonomia, affidabilità e senso del dovere
- Resistenza allo stress, flessibilità ed entusiasmo
- Atteggiamento rispettoso nei confronti di colleghi e superiori
- Buona conoscenza dell'italiano, del tedesco e dell’inglese
La conoscenza del francese costituisce un vantaggio
