Prepare and set up the staff cafeteria before each meal service.
Ensure the buffet is fully stocked and replenish food, beverages, and supplies throughout service.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the staff cafeteria, dining area, and service stations.
Clear tables and clean the dining area after each meal service.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with the property's procedures.
Monitor stock levels of tableware, beverages, and cafeteria supplies, and report replenishment needs.
Work closely with the Kitchen and Stewarding teams to ensure efficient service.
Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming service to all employees.
Apply the property's standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
Previous experience in Food & Beverage, catering, or a similar hospitality role is an asset.
Good command of French; basic English is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive attitude with a strong team spirit and customer service mindset.
Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and available to work shifts according to operational needs.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation standards is an asset.
