Your Role With Us

• Food preparation:
  Assist with the preparation of ingredients, mise en place and basic kitchen tasks according to our standards.
• Pot wash & kitchen support:
  Take responsibility for washing pots, pans and kitchen equipment andhelp keep the kitchen clean and organised throughout the service.
• Support the kitchen team:
  Assist our chefs wherever needed and help ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Learn and progress:
  As you gain confidence and experience, you will have the opportunity to learnnew skills, work in different areas of the kitchen and progressively take on more responsibility.

• You are motivated, reliable and willing to get involved wherever needed.
• You enjoy working with your hands and are not afraid of hard work during busy service periods.
• You have an interest in cooking and are keen to learn and develop your kitchen skills.
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage, but motivation and the right attitude are more important
• You work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude, even when things get busy.
• You are organised and take pride in keeping your workplace clean and tidy.
• You are already based locally in Saas-Fee or the surrounding area or have your own accommodation for the season.
