The restaurant Le Chalet des Bains, located within the Les Bains de Lavey complex, offers refined and flavourful regional cuisine.
To strengthen its team, the restaurant is looking for:
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver a premium-level service to our guests
- Ensure constant guest satisfaction and offer a flawless welcome
- Oversee each stage of the service and guarantee its smooth execution
- Set up, serve, and clear tables
- Promote sales (cross-selling and upselling) and take orders
- Follow instructions from the management and uphold company standards
- Use the cash register system to process typings, collections, and cash register closings.
- Comply with internal and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Prepare orders and manage stock levels
Required profile:
- Hospitality diploma (CFC or equivalent, CAP-BEP)
- Formal training and proven experience as Chef de Rang (min. 4 years)
- Impeccable appearance, courteous and attentive
- Strong sense of service, attention to detail, and active listening skills
- Energetic and responsive, excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and team spirit
- Comfortable with a diverse clientele
- Highly organized, autonomous, responsible, and reliable
- Diplomatic and able to train or guide others
- Flexible with working hours and resilient under pressure
