Tâches principales :
Préparation (Mise en place) :
Laver, éplucher, couper les légumes, préparer les viandes et poissons. Cuisine : Réaliser des préparations simples (sauces, entrées, salades, desserts), surveiller les cuissons et aider au dressage. Entretien/Hygiène :
Nettoyer le plan de travail, les ustensiles, les machines de cuisine et effectuer la plonge. Gestion des stocks : Réceptionner les marchandises, ranger les réserves et les chambres froides. Assistance :
Soutenir les chefs de partie et le chef de cuisine pendant le service.
