These are your tasks:
- Responsibility for the preparation and presentation of dishes
- Proper storage and processing of food
- Design of our menu offerings
- Organisation and purchase of food
- Ensuring efficient cooperation of all kitchen stations
- Checking daily tasks and coordination with the kitchen team
- Compliance with and control of hygiene regulations

About the Sport and Wellness Hotel Post:
The Sport and Wellness Hotel Post is located in Samnaun, not far from the border with Austria and South Tyrol. It is a year-round operation with seasonal focuses. Main season: end of November to early May and end of June to early November.
