Tasks- Assist in meal preparation and production in the kitchen.
- Handle the setup and preparation of food products efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, especially during service.
- Experience in kitchen roles or dishwashing is preferred.
- Ability to adapt between cooking and dishwashing as needed.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Participate in the preparation and production of meals in the kitchen.
- Carry out the setup and preparation of products.
- Ensure dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment, mainly during the lunch service.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and work areas.
- Comply with hygiene standards, food safety, and HACCP procedures.
- Initial experience in kitchen and/or dishwashing, ideally in collective catering.
- Versatility and ability to alternate between kitchen production and dishwashing according to service needs.
- Speed of execution, efficiency, and good physical stamina.
- Team spirit, reliability, autonomy, and organisational skills.
- Flexible working hours and good command of French; driving licence is an advantage.
Hours: Tuesday to Friday, from 7:00 to 16:00
