Das Restaurant First im Zürcher Oberland bietet seinen Gästen eine einzigartige Erfahrung mit traumhaftem Weitblick, regionaler Küche auf 14-Punkte-Niveau und Liebe zum Detail.
Ab Januar übernimmt Sascha Behrendt die Leitung der Küche und sucht Dich für sein Team.
Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Leitung der Küche
- Vertretung des Küchenchefs in dessen Abwesenheit
- Zubereitung von hochwertigen Speisen mit regionalem Fokus
- Einbringen kreativer Ideen und Umsetzung moderner Gerichte
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
- Anleitung und Förderung des Küchenteams
- Bestellmanagement
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin mit fundierter Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position
- Leidenschaft für die regionale Küche und kreative Präsentation von Speisen
- Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Organisationstalent und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Motivation, in einem besonderen Ambiente das kulinarische Erlebnis mitzugestalten
- 4-Tage-Woche (Donnerstag – Sonntag)
