The Global Digital Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for optimizing the presentation and the business performance of product categories on The role focuses on product catalog management, sorting rules on listing pages and search results, filters, navigation, guided selling, cross‑selling, and visibility across the site to drive traffic to specific product activations globally. The coordinator must use product knowledge, rider insights, business objectives, and digital acumen to enhance the online experience and performance of product categories.
This is a temporary position for a duration of 6 months. The role will be located at our Swiss office in Hünenberg (ZG) with an ideal start date of 01. January 2026.
How You Will Make a Difference- Design and execute the merchandising product strategy to win targeted riders worldwide.
- Drive sell-through through ongoing improvements to the configurable toolset, focusing on visual merchandising, guided selling, product recommendations, pricing strategy, and content.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional product, sales, and marketing teams to bring product collections to life, tell product stories, and enhance the online experience.
- Manage in‑season execution of product flow by working proactively with sales, operations, and supply chain to identify key inventory opportunities, market assumptions / drivers for current line items, new product introductions (NPI), carry‑in‑line (CIL), and end‑of‑life (EOL) items.
- Support regional promotional activations following the seasonal merchandising calendar.
- Analyze business performance to drive growth; create new reports, analyze sales and behavior data, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Create and manage formal processes for developing rider‑centered experiences, including local inputs into global strategies.
- Seek ways to streamline and improve processes.
- Research online retail landscape for product merchandising ideas, competitive trends, and experiences to inform future site enhancements.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in B2C eCommerce merchandising, ideally selling physical products and planning around inventory opportunities.
- University degree.
- Proven track record for devising, executing, and measuring successful eCommerce merchandising strategies with relevant KPIs.
- Organized, process‑oriented.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on achieving results.
- Ability to analyze data, think creatively, and curiosity to continuously develop digital knowledge in the rapid evolution of technology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of energy, passion, and enthusiasm for outdoor lifestyle in general and cycling in particular.
- Ability to champion needs cross‑functionally and influence where necessary across various levels of an organization.
